We use this company for copiers/printers at the Tech Center. They are quick to respond and always have toner in stock. Parts that have to be ordered are received quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Saw that there aren't many reviews here. So thought I'd add a positive one.Worked at Comanche County Memorial Hospital and we used High Tech for maintenance for our printers. Excellent service and quick response times. Rarely did I have to call them to follow up and they'd resolve the issues within the first call. Great polite people, that get things done.

We called and the young lady that answer the phone was very rude and quick with me out busines was looking for service and maybe 3 new printer she seem to go real quick with me on the phone.no worry we took our business else where.If your going to representing the company you work for you need to learn to be more friendly on the phone.

Been using High Tech Office for years. They are my go to for phone systems, copiers, and tech help. Always professional and timely would recommend to anyone. I've been under a contract for at least 5 years and anytime I have a problem they come within the day if not within a couple hrs. Thanks High Tech!!

High Tech are the most helpful company until they make the sell and you sign the contract. After the contract is signed all bets are off! They are supposed to bring toner and other replacements parts to your office when you call for them. They take forever to bring it. When you call for any kind of service they take their time and most of them are not very friendly. I am considering breaking the contract just because I cannot get this company to do their job!
