Excellent customer service!Management was attentive from start to finish.I had other shoe drops to purchase from other competitors for my GS Jordan 9’s. I decided to just buy a pair at the Lawton location due to their great customer service.

I shopped at Hibbett Sports for years. In the past years, customer service has declined, and they no longer offer military discounts. Do not shop at Hibbett Sports. Go to Footlocker, Finish Line, and Nike, because these stores offer military discounts.

Your staff was very helpful and assisted me and my students (5) perfectly. They went above and beyond for me. I left my cell phone on the counter. They made answered my phone and informed several of my contacts that I had left my phone in the store. While it was in the store they made sure it was secure and safe until I returned to pick it up. I truly thank them. Date: January 19, 2024.

Very clean and organized store. It was last minute Christmas shopping for my grandchildren but there was still a good selection of merchandise. The staff was kind, patient and helpful.

Never get greeted upon walking into the store, and when looking for someone to get a shoe size no one is in sight. Waited to get the shoes. Asked if the do military discounts and the sales person gave me a stank look and an attitude, they DO NOT do military discounts. Will have to shop elsewhere for shoes

My recent visit to this store was good. I was able to find the outfit I was looking for in my size. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This store was well organized and clean.

TERRIBLE customer service. Went to return shoes that were sent with 2 different sizes. Was told had to visit a Hibbetts store, although the employee was standing in a Hibbetts store. Called 3x. Each time, the employees picked up the phone and simply said, "Hello" as though it was their personal phone. Over the phone, the associate told me that I needed to return the shoes to Duncan's Hibbetts store.Asked to speak with a supervisor; I was told one wasn't available. I asked for corporate's number, and I was given an incorrect number.If this is a Hibbetts experience, I will forever pass and go to a competitor.

I had the worst experience dealing with this store and it's employees. 2 of the employees had terrible attitudes and was not trying to help anyone. They had sell prices on their shoes but wouldn't honor the prices because the sale ended months ago but we didn't even know that they even had a sale.. None of the 3 employees knew how to cancel an online order that they placed in the store and would not even bother helping.

The employees NEVER speak. 3 stood at the desk 2/20/22 talking to each other and eating. Didn’t acknowledge us coming or going. I buy a lot of shoes so It’s sad when online shopping with you is a better experience.

Been in the store twice. The first time I went the staff couldn't be bothered to greet me, let alone assist me in getting shoes to try on. I left frustrated and had other places to be.The second time I went (10/17/2020) I was helped by Tianna. She is the only reason why I am giving my experience a 4 star rating. She was patient and helpful. She was the only person helping customers.Her co-workers Alex and Michelle were standing out on the sales floor talking about their personal lives, things they were doing etc. Even as I blatantly looked to them for assistance to try on shoes, they could not be bothered. Their conversation continued as Tianna came over to help get shoes from the back to try on.It was the most unprofessional behavior and blatant disregard for customers I have ever witnessed. They shouldn't have a job there, seeing as how they weren't working at all.Tianna should be given a raise and recognition in doing her job, and doing it well. She helped multiple customers that came in, not just myself, as the 2 co-workers continued in their annoying conversation.I cannot stress enough, that if it was not for her, I would have left. If people like Alex and Michelle are working, I honestly don't know how the store could stay open, they were completely useless.
