I never received the help me and my children deserve from Oklahoma Child support ! I had two cases one case they closed due to no locate sons dad got away Scott free . My daughters dad called my caseworker about me opening a case in Texas and that’s when I received a call from her ! She never reached to me before ! Mind you he was over 5,000 behind and last payment was 20.00 Back in May . My caseworker never took the initiative to reach out when the dad hasn’t helped with support but she sure was an advocate for a dead beat reaching out to me so fast on his behalf ! I’m so disappointed in this crooked organization!

They're renovating their offices downstairs. once you go through at the bottom and to the elevator and then go up to the 2nd floor to the right, they're remodeling that as well. they have insulation pulled out just laying on the floor. which is not really good but the young lady that help us is quite friendly and very nice about answering all questions that we had.

I have had yo deal with this office for years, and it has been one huge hassle after another. The main revolving comment on how things are going on your case is usually "sorry we have too much caseload." There is absolutely NO accountability here. Sad that they take money out of the childs support to pay for such awful services. Plus, they are now making our children pay into social security with their support money. What is up with that??? I mean, wow, really?

Keep getting paperwork for help locating the other parent. Haven't had contact since 2013 and live 1700 miles away. Don't they have some kind of enforcement people to look? Seriously I'm tired of filling out these papers as don't know, don't know, don't know. 8 years the answers haven't changed.

I went to ask a question after they finally opened after 4 months of being closed. I needed to start divorce and needed paperwork for support, enter the building to a woman who was pretty rude before i even got upstairs. Then when i got upstairs I was talking to a very nice women who was very helpful when we were interrupted by someone who clearly worked there that needed her to do something and she clearly showed that what I wanted wasn't important. Smh very disappointed when I left ! Clearly NO accountability
