I appreciate that I can feel confident they are doing what they say and recommending what is needed.
I also appreciate the service. I goofed and scheduled a service for wrong location but tech was very kind and worked me in anyway and even called the other location for me.

I must advise against conducting business at this location. Despite Goodyear's reputation, the character of certain individuals at this location is suspect. I had a remote interaction with his current partner, who inquired about helping him find new employment. However, I was unable to assist due to the distance. A subsequent conversation led to a heated exchange with references that I perceived as offensive & racist. I am not Native American, and I trust that Goodyear does not discriminate against employees or customers based on race. In September, I referred customers to him, but he refused to assist them. His actions demonstrate a lack of morals, as he pursued a married woman without regard for the consequences. He presents himself as a devout individual, but his actions contradict his facade. I would not recommend doing business with individuals who prioritize personal gain over ethics.

The most helpful, honest, efficient, tire shop I have ever been to! The men were ALL hard workers. They worked as a team, a very well oil machine! My hat is off to this business! I do believe Goodyear should give them ALL an amazing raise! They truly deserve it! May this business thrive for a long time to come! A true 1 stop tire shop!

Ask for Shawn. He's a pro. That said, they need to get this man some better help. He will correct them, but his underlings often have a hard time finding parts that are either in store, or at another store in town. This place is good and cheap, but DO NOT expect them to be fast. If they were, they'd get 5 stars instead of 4.

Marshal and the team were super quick to give me my options and have me back on 4 wheels. In and out in under 20 minutes. My go to place for a tire or oil change.

Always professional and gets the job done quickly. I like the concerns they might find along the way and calls me to go over the findings with me to see if I want to replace said findings or wait. I like it because they don't push you to change said parts. And they are pretty much a good price for whatever it is you're having done. I would recommend Goodyear to everyone.

I have purchased tires from this establishment for years. August 2022 I purchased tires for two vehicles with the road hazard warranty. Friday, February 16. I had my car towed to Goodyear on cash Road with a blown out tire. I was told road hazard warranty would be honored, and I would not have to pay for a new tire. One individual states I will not have to pay for a tire and another person called me to inform me that road hazard warranty will not be honored the tires had less than 15,000 miles on them. I purchased tires for a longevity of 65,000 miles. Well, to make a long story short I was clipped $300 for a new tire. I have been a loyal customer for decades , I will never have another Goodyear tire on another vehicle. The manner that I was treated was deplorable to treat a widow and senior citizen in this manner is just not acceptable I was treating in a condescending manner! Stay away from Goodyear on Cash Road you will get clipped in a sidebar. I was told by a competitor the road hazard warranty would have been honored at the establishment!

I am new to Lawton.I needed brake work done on my CRV-Honda. Called around and found that Bobby was very courteous and recommended a free service inspection. Today, Shawn and Marshall were exceptional in helping me. Explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. They gave me a ride home, only for me to forget my phone in their truck. They brought it back soon after. Called when car was ready, picked me up and brought me back to get my car. I am very happy with their service and help. I recommend their business highly.
