Ask for Shawn. He's a pro. That said, they need to get this man some better help. He will correct them, but his underlings often have a hard time finding parts that are either in store, or at another store in town. This place is good and cheap, but DO NOT expect them to be fast. Marshal and the team were super quick to give me my options and have me back on 4 wheels. In and out in under 20 minutes. My go to place for a tire or oil change.
