Surprisingly very spacious with a lot of open area and equipment for working out. The only downside is it is a cross fit/ "ninja warrior" focus so the equipment is limiting. Nonetheless, it still works.

Goldner is less busy than Fires, has lots of CrossFit style equipment but also has the basics . I prefer Goldner over all other Sill gyms.

This is the bad gym that doesn't have enough weights to go around and is too hot inside

A well-kept gym with an emphasis on functional fitness, Goldner serves as Fort Sill's "hole-in-the-wall" gym. Even at peak times it's usually spacious enough to enjoy an uninterrupted workout and the optional "20-hour" pass helps accommodate a busy schedule. Something to be aware of however is the lack of machines this gym provides. In place of machines Goldner offers a wide variety of free weights and lifting quality lifting stations.
