They're pool isn't much of a pool but as far as putting a roof over your head it's pretty good it's gated and there are busses that pick the kids up next door

This apartment complex is a joke!! ROACHES, RATS BED BUGS in multiple units!!!!! I have 2 disabled kids and I have lived here 1 whole year. I would NOT recommend this apartment complex, seldomly anyone in the office and very hard to contact a rep to fix my dishwasher that's leaking, my stove that's shocking and 1/2 the time 2 burners refuse to turn off, roaches EVERYWERE even while we sleep they crawl on my kids and myself, I myself spent personal out of pocket money to get rid of roaches due to the maintenance neglect, my ac unit took 3 months to fix and 3 different maintenance people just to find out they HAD the AC unit tilted inside instead of outside so the water could go out, but instead flooded my floors, warped my entertainment center, messed up movies and DVD player plus my speakers.... all fox valley cares about is rent money nothing else. Pool is drained nothing to swim in, the park is a Joke the toys are broke down and not really worth playing on but there is a part off 52nd and cache rd I take kids to. But other than that multiple places are neglected roaches, rats, bed bugs. Would NEVER recommend fox valley

This apartment complex is a sham the pool is not working they don't work with you and 90% of their buildings all have some kind of pest that they absolutely refuse to take care of would not recommend if you have children and the park isn't safe for your children

This is my home, lol...it's a nice complex pet friendly playground for the kids to play a large pool that's fenced in. The manager is very nice. Fox Valley was recently purchased and is under new management. The new people are working hard to clean it up and fix any and all issues
