I'd never met them before. O'Reilly's mentioned them. I brought my own muffler. I had the original exhaust system. I would have had to replace the tailpiece and clamps however they were able install my new muffler, repair the tailpiece for the same money if I'd done it myself on my back with no exhaust tools.
I've been around auto shops all of my life. I didn't think there was a shop around like this anymore. You do have to use your debit card but I would have done that anyway.
