I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received here. I went in for a simple fill-in for my acrylics (on my feet), which should have been a straightforward process. Instead, I ended up sitting in the pedicure chair for three hours. I had one damaged nail and asked if they could enhance it with acrylic. They said they could, but it was clear they were struggling and unsure of how to fix it.
Despite my repeated requests for them to address the issue, the quality of their products was poor and the overall experience was very negative. It seems as though the staff lacks the necessary skills and knowledge to perform this service. Which is fine but I wish they could’ve told me they didn’t know how instead of having me sit there for three hours as they figure it out. I will not be returning to this salon and do not recommend it to others.
Edit: My reply will be here since it I can’t reply to your response. I appreciate your apology but I really just wanted open communication that you guys could not provide the service I had asked for. I understand the nail tech tried her best, but waiting for three hours is genuinely ridiculous. I would have appreciated being turned down instead. Open communication would have been better than saying you can provide a service that yall clearly couldn't do.
As for the other nail techs, the salon only really got busy around the three-hour mark. By the time I had been there for over two hours, it was apparent that the technician was struggling. Multiple employees came over to check on her, yet none offered to help. This lack of support is very disappointing.
Additionally, your manager did not ask if my service was okay. Instead, he only asked if the pricing of the service was acceptable. I had a friend on the phone who can attest to this. Please don't lie about the situation.

I got my nails done and the lady got glue all over me she burned me with the drill multiple times I got red bottom nails and she put a top coat on the bottom for some reason the place is nice but I am not very happy with the fact she got glue all over my fingers I’ve been there many times and had not had a problem like this and it took her around 2 hours to do a full set of acrylic
Stylist: Idk who she was but she messed me up pretty bad

I was waiting for my client so I went to Essence Nails & Spa for a personal treat. Let me tell you from the moment I stepped in that door, I was greeted promptly with the biggest smile by their staff.
The salon itself is clean and organized, which I always appreciate. It's clear that they prioritize maintaining a pristine environment for their clients. As I settled in for my pedicure, I was treated with the utmost care and attention. The staff made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit, and I must say, I felt like KING! I wholeheartedly recommend Essence Nails to anyone seeking top-notch nail care services. Their combination of excellent customer service, cleanliness, and attention to detail is truly magnificent. Needless to say, I'll be making a return when I am in Lawton again. See you soon.

Professionalism at its finest!!!
I recently moved to Lawton from Oklahoma City and I went to three other nail salons until I found Essence Nails & Spa. I have not went anywhere else since. My services are pedicures, nails, and eyelashes! I even take my 7 yr old granddaughter for pedicures and manicures and they always give her the royal treatment like she’s a little Princess!
In my opinion, this is the best place to go by far!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! have been going since they opened & i’ve never been disappointed. they always exceed my expectations and the prices are affordable!

I've tried like 4 or 5 salons in Lawton and Elgin and this is the best one, especially for women in the military. Lisa did this set, but I've had a few different people and they've all done a great job. It's never along wait, I always do a walk in. They last longer, are not ever bulky, always even. Just very happy with them

VERY terrible And unprofessional. the older lady did my freinds toes and cut them so short they bleed n smacked her lips when asked to do gel. Imagine you go up there to feel better about yourself and women ruins it because she can’t accept man getting his toes done. money don’t grow on trees.
