I always shop at this store. And there has been more then 1 situation where I have been late for work. Well I went in today to try to put money on my card. (this is my first time putting money on a card). When I stood in line the first time my card declined because it said wrong pin so I kindly got out of line and wait in the line not once but twice and I still couldnt change my pin by time I got to the register so I had to change the card I wanted to pay with. By this time there was another line. I had to move money to another card and it took money off the card so I had to change what i wanted to deposit. So a customer behind me said she was late for work. Well like I stated before I was late to work more than once. So the store associates states that they couldn't help me any more that they couldn't do it. And I understand how it can be a pain in the but for the customers and employees. So I had to drive to another location and gas is not cheap at this point in time. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated today. I go in this store most of the time because its closer to my home but I will find another location to go to.

I have witnessed the manager be rude to customers, other employees, and vendors delivering. Today she was rude to me because I needed my items double bagged because there were several 2 liters in them, and I needed to deliver them to upstairs apartments for Doordash. She made a scene and yelled at me to get out. I'm done with this store, and if you can go somewhere else, it would be a good idea to avoid this place. The environment is toxic and they are very slow. And I was supposed to get a call from corporate on my bad experience and never got that call. This shows they are awful, even on a national level.

Monique is an excellent manager. The staff here are excellent. Prices are great. They carry my preferred African Pride hair products, and my soap. They seem to always have what I need in stock. And I enjoy checking out that reduced price aisle they have too.

The employees are so nice and helpful. The store is always clean and they put together very tasteful displays of items offered which I've never noticed at any other Dollar General. I definitely recommend this store and I try to only come here.
