We are from Utah. Our car died in Elgin OK. Jim was very accommodating and worked overtime to get our car fixed so we could get back on the road to go home.

These guys are true professionals. I dropped the car off to be checked for a brake job. I knew beforehand exactly what needed to be done now and what could wait. As a budget minded person, that was very important to me. I was able to have rear brakes done first, then the front brakes later. They were able to get me in and out in one day. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend this shop to any of my friends or family. Thanks DNJ Auto. I'll be back.

I overheard a conversation between the two mechanics about pricing a vehicle repair. They did not realize I was right there. They both were coming up with strategies to make it cheaper for the client. Very impressed. Yes he does not have the greatest attitude but he doesent need to be nice to me he needs to be honest and good at what he does. Which he is. So, if you want a mom and pop with an honest mechanic come here but if you want someone to stroke your ego and charge you crazy prices go somewhere else. Treat them with respect and they will do the same.

I had to get a water pump replaced and this shop exceeded all expectations. The mechanic was clear and concise about what to expect with timelines as well as cost. I would absolutely recommend this place to my friends and family. I’m not sure why anyone would give a negative review, it’s conveniently located right outside the gate and not to mention the work completed was efficient and effective.

We are from Michigan and drove down to Oklahoma to watch our daughter graduate basic training and our car broke down. Even after waiting to get it to the shop, three hours later they still took us in. By 11 AM the next morning he had my car up and running. I am so pleased with the service we received. Over the last few years I have brought my vehicles in for repair and have never had any issues. I recently went into DnJ because autozone recommend I go there to help add coolant to my vehicle because they were unable to reach where they needed. The man I spoke with at DnJ was clearly annoyed with my presence and clearly didnt want to help. He did take a quick look at my vehicle, but had an overall bad attitude. He said I probably had several things wrong with my vehicle and that I needed to have it checked at a later date without asking when to schedule an appointment to have it looked at. I unfortunately will not be returning or recommending. I suggest working on customer service skills. Would also recommend that autozone mention a different business for customers who need a helping hand.

took my lincoln in for the a/c compressor and when I got my car back the door panel was broken and my window switch and lock switch were just hanging there, it didn't have an oil leak when I brought it in, but it does now. .. he did fix the issue but created more issues .. I wouldn't recommend this shop. especially if you own a LincolnService: General repairs & maintenance
