Just drove around it, and that was enough for me. Roads outside and around the apartments are bad. Can't speak for the inside, the roads did it for me.

Too many issues and no proper supervision, I have seen the maintenance supervisor spends more time driving around the property or sitting in his vehicle instead of doing his job. I feel sorry the other maintenance workers who do their jobs.

Worst place I ever lived. I hate the location , the train, the school traffic, and I can hear my neighbors in the thin walls. They are not military families friendly despite their fake claims.

Would not recommend living here. They will charge you for damages that you did not cause whether the maintenance people fix it or not. You won’t get your deposit back even if your apartment is spotless. Oh and don’t forget about the crime that is going on regularly. I hope you don’t mind the police presence next door. Pick literally anywhere else to live.

I've lived here for over six months, and I enjoy the comfort, cleanliness, and proximity to school, shopping, and the military installation. The rent is affordable compared to the other locations I've been to, and the apartments are better. My only complaint is that someone once broke into my car, and the parking lots require CCTV. Other than that, the apartments are unmatched, the neighbors are respectful, and the outside areas are well taken care of.

Great location! All the staff is very kind. Brooklyn and Amber are amazing, and well as the maintenance staff! I have been taken good care of by all of them.

Pros: the maintenance and front office staff are friendly and very responsive. I had very friendly and respectful neighbors, and felt safe living there by myself. I prefered living on the west side of town and the proximity I had to Target, Walmart Market, and Fort Sill.Cons: the apartments themselves are sub-par, considering the price point. My apartment constantly reeked of cigarette smoke and the windows leaked terribly. If there was snow or rain, it was in my place either through leaks in the roof, the front door fitting improperly, or cracks around the windows. The ammenities look nice online, but turned out to be very small and not super functional. It also took nearly three months after moving out to recieve my refund check.

We did a short term lease after selling our home quicker than we expected.Amber and Brooklynne are AmAzInG!They made our transition simple, they are quick to respond to questions, and are always kind.The maintenance staff is great too! Jr and his team stay on top of things. Maintenance requests are completed promptly.We lived in building 3 and it was quiet, well kept, and our neighbors were friendly.Highly recommend Districtsix10!

I helped my daughter move into her 1st apartment. It is very nice and clean. I love the appliances! I'm happy that she has a washer and dryer inside of her apt. The staff was very very helpful and anyone questions that Wisdom had someone was available and polite.

LOVE LIVING HERE! ♥️ I have not had any issues that couldn’t be resolved! Pet friendly! On call maintenance! moving in was a breeze. The apartments are nice and updated. Everyone who works there is considerate and personable! Obviously do the right the thing, and living here will be a breeze!

Terrible management. Maintenance has free range of the complex and intrude apartments without permission. Management will lie through their teeth to get you in and literally upcharge you for everything and anything they can think of. They don't follow their own policy and worry about covering for themselves and making a profit. Be weary. It looks great but the crime that occurs is unbelievable especially if you have children. It's not worth the risk, honestly just be very careful a lot of the reviews that are positive are from the employees and their families.
