1 Hr before closing and we arrive at Discount Tire Lawton, OK, from out of town traveling with a slow leak in a tire showing on the dash of our Toyota Avalon. Car was in the bay, fixed and on our way, unbelievable friendly, courageous and outstanding people & facility. Can say enough.

This place is always pretty busy but that’s because it’s so awesome. Peak times might have you waiting if you’re a walk-in, but the prices and service are worthwhile. Everyone at this location is friendly and hard working. Discount always does me right on tires, prices, warranty, and repairs. They’ll keep you safe and save you money. Highly recommend

Tire prices are great!
However, this is the second time they used an impact gun on my lug nuts. This time they cranked down my lug nuts with an impact gun to the point it snapped off one of my wheel studs. I’ve even reminded them in the past about my vehicles specific torque specs.
If it wasn’t for the free tire rotation, I would have just done it myself. Lesson learned.
They said they would fix it through one of their shops and I have yet to hear back from the shop, I wouldn’t let them do it anyways.
Do yourself a favor and just rotate your own tires. Now I’m out 2hrs of my time replacing a wheel stud in the garage.

I had nails in both my OEM rear tires on my truck. They said both rear tires were not quite needing to be replaced and I should try to get a few more miles out of them until the front tires need to be changed. They patched both tires at no charge. Typical Discount Tire awesome customer service. I told them "I'll be back!".

I love the tire prices and tire services given at Discount Tires; however, I recently purchased two Michelin tires for the front of my vehicle. When the technician took the tires off, he should have been able to notice that my brakes were worn. My brakes weren't squeaking or anything but I just drove to San Antonio from Lawton and didn't know that my pads were all but gone. I think that this is something that a tire shop, even though all they do is tires, should notice if brake pads are absent. For this reason I must give a lower star rating.
