Kinda of a TL;DR situation here.
Basically, I left my club to get the shaft replaced, begged them that above anything and everything - DO NOT damage my club, I want it back in the same condition I dropped it off in.
Well, damage was done, I was NOT happy. But, the gentleman that took my club in and gave my club back to me - he’s great! And the assistant manager that was there, she’s great! (I have their names, but prefer not to post their names for their sake, they know who they are).
I will, 100%, continue to do business up there because of those two. Thank you both for understanding and making it right…even though that (new) driver isn’t working out…yet…well, maybe.

I bought a bike here and was really impressed with the service I received as well as the knowledge of the tech. They will check your bike over to make sure everything is okay before releasing it to you.

Robert, the salesperson, was so helpful with our purchase of a baseball glove for our grandson. When they didn't have it in stock, he ordered it for us and it will be coming to our house.

I called looking for a windbreaker in a specific size. Olivia met me at the door and showed me the options in my size, even bringing ones from different parts of the store for me to try on. It was a great shopping experience, and I will definitely purchase here again. Thanks ?

They are adequately stocked but the store is filthy. A huge roach crawled down the aisle while looking at shoes. In the bathroom there were dried up drops of poo all over. Hire a cleaning crew guys!
