I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Darby’s Big Furniture thinking I was supporting a Christian-based business; then I met Darren Medders. This is by far one the rudest and most judgemental people I have met. When I told him I would take my business elsewhere, his response was “you won’t be missed.” If I could return my entire household of furniture that I have purchased, just to get their name out of my home I would. What a shame. Don’t think being loyal to these “small town businesses owners” buys you anything but judgement; it definitely doesn’t afford customer appreciation from Mr. Medders at “Darby’s Big Furniture.”

I’ve purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture over the last decade. Today was my first day to meet Mr. Medders, him and I both agreed that My family and friends will no longer purchase from Darby’s home furniture.

Salesman Mr. Woolbright was 5 stars and along with what I wanted at a fair price and free delivery were the main reasons I purchased at Darby's. Delivery guys were also 5 stars. My wife was also looking at living room furniture while we were there but after being severely chastised by "Darren" on the phone during delivery, I will have to reconsider purchasing again at Darby's.

My husband was recently in an accident. Darby’s went above and beyond to get a recliner to our home with in hours of his discharge from the hospital so he could rest comfortably. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
