They don’t honor what they mess up or their warranty. Had my screen protector replaced. Took it back the next day because the top corners started lifting. Went back to the store to show it to one of the guy and asked him will they redo it because it’s lifting. He took one look and told me I will have to pay the replacement price because he has no way of knowing what I did. I said within a day. I hadn’t even put the phone to my ear because I wore my beats headphones. The guy who installed protector most likely lift it up thinking it would tick/last when installing it but did not inform me.

Did a walk in appointment. They were able to troubleshoot what the problem was very quickly. Left device behind for repair and got our switch back in a few short days. Reasonably priced and great service.

Chris is a genius and a miracle worker who is also an excellemt example of exceptional customer service. He revived my phone so I could retrieve my deceased husband's voice and it was way better than gettimg an upgrade. So happy with this firm.
