This place is a disaster never shop at Homeland , the place is overpriced Generally I go to Oklahoma City or Wichita Falla to Crest or United Grocery of Texas and they do a fantastic job in competing against Walmart stay away from this place at all costs. Lawton needs a new Grocery store beside Walmart this place should go out of business

Placed an order for a birthday cake for my son’s birthday. Drove all the way from Indiahoma to pick up.
Upon arrival I was advised the cake was not made.
When I called to speak to the manager
The associate Ellie answered the phone and was very unprofessional.

I use this store alot.
I went in a few days ago and had to turn around and walk out.
The sewer smell that has been in the store a while was ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!

We have been in this store twice lately and the store director was so very rude.
We will never go back.
First- we stood at customer service for 30 minutes- while he mad copies and he completely ignored us. Finally a woman came to help us.
The next time at customer service he wouldn’t even look at us- walked by like we weren’t there.
We were there to rent and return a carpet cleaner.
Finally- my husband had to practically
make the store director sign for the machine.
Also- the machine was NASTY dirty when we got it.
It dumped animal hair out on our floor until I took it outside and washed out underneath it .
Those machines need to be cleaned before renting out!!!
The store director needs to be fired.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. Came here for good prices, but the past few trips have been horrible. The general manager is a liar and a bully. His response for being called out for going back on his word was that he will ban me from the store.

I found the store to be quite a bit more expensive than others in its area. However, it is clean and well organized. I really wanted to buy a bouquet of flowers, but they were all a bit droopy, and on their way to dying, I didn’t think the price was justified. However, they did have the largest selection of coffee creamer I have ever seen.
