I recently had an extremely distasteful experience with customer service when I attempted to cash a check at one branch. Instead of assisting me, I was questioned about the legitimacy of the check. However, when I visited another branch from the same institution, I was able to cash it without any problems. The representatives at the second branch mentioned that they have received several reports of similar issues from the other location, where customers have been turned away and confronted by staff.

Don’t recommend using this bank for any finical services!! Not reliable, give you the run around , will not properly inform you or contact you . If you ever need a new debit card good luck you’ll never get it , still haven’t received my card .

As of lately I only make my deposits at this location. Everyone is so knowledge here. The young lady Chelsea I think her name is exceptionable. Her eyes omg... Very polite and professional... that's all gotta go bye!
