Great staff but everything is out of stock or broken all the time

Wow. Has this place gone down hill since EZGO sold it. The fountain sodas are always out of service. Product selection has been cut in half. Customer service is non existent. I took my purchases up to the counter and the guy scanned them and just stood there. Never said one word to me at allNo hello, didn't tell me the price, Didn't say thanks. Nothing. Didn't even look at me. Just grabbed my money. Gave me my change. Didn't count it back. Didn't say how much it was. I said thanks and still he said nothing. Not gonna spend my money there anymore just to keep a slug like that employed. I've had better service at Stripes and that ain't saying much.

Astoundingly this place has actually gotten worse. I thought things would turn around after the buyout but it's obviously still the same people running it. They still not only lie about their cup sizes, they continue to water them down AND overcharge for them. Now, they close randomly for system updates, shutting down the entire store and they won't even do a cash transaction or tell you when they "might" be open on the phone. When you do manage to get in there, they don't even offer you your receipt or a bag. I have literally nothing good to say about this place.

MY as in mine money is on hold for purchasing gas. There is a $150 pre othorization and a debit charge for 106.++. I only purchased 43.++ In gas for my vehicle. I called Casey's corporate office they said it was my bank. I then proceeded to read online that Casey's does this. It said a way to avoid these kind of transactions is to use a pin which I did. Don't shop for gas at the pump at Casey unless you don't need the money you have in the bank for up to 30 days. So, go to Murphy's guess that's why they are so busy now.

I have always LOVED Casey’s. My husband and I stopped in for a pizza and were EXTREMELY blessed by the 2nd Assistant Manager, I wish I would’ve gotten her name. She provided AMAZING customer service and took time to share with us about Casey’s rewards.

Used to be good as EZ-GO. Loves was horrendous. Casey’s was cool, lost my business after charging me for 6 slushees since they don’t put any notice to the price changes. Wouldn’t even let me throw it out. Just a big middle finger to people who make an honest mistake. Next time put some signs up and clarify what’s new. I’ve always put my slushees in a medium cup ?
