“Here’s the thing about Lawton businesses, when they are doing well, they don’t care about customer service. Due to the recent hail storm, I guess the money must be rolling in to not even give customers a call back for quotes, (this goes to roofing companies too). I hope they keep that in mind when business is not doing so well. Glass Doctor was one of the couple of companies that even returned my call about a quote. They are busy too but even when they couldn’t give me a quote right away, they actually cared to get back to me. They responded via text as well which was nice. As soon as I made a down payment and booked the job two very friendly techs came out to take measurements. When I asked them if they could wear shoe covers since our family doesn’t wear shoes in the house, they offered to take their shoes off in a very friendly way that didn’t make me feel like I was asking for too much, or receive an “I haven’t heard of shoe covers since Covid” comment I got from someone that was showing a house for some buyers for us, like people not wearing shoes in the house should be normal, we did that even before Covid, and we have a crawling baby. When you’re selling a house you have SO many strangers and people walking through the house, I can’t understand why that’s ok but I digress, back to Glass Doctor lol.The lady and gentleman that answered phones and did quotes back in the office, I never met in person but they were so pleasant and professional. This is one of the better companies in Lawton. Keep it up!”
