They were supposed to do some body work after another driver hit me. Fix my door replace my running board ect..took 3 weeks get my vehicle back just for my driver side speakers to no longer work and my driver door paneling to be pretty much be falling off..i got stuck in my car and had to climb out the other door just to get out one night bc it got stuck and would not open which led to the panelling having to be removed completely just so i can have use of my door only to find all of the clamps/clips are broken...

We went to Gerber because the insurance company said to do so. I cannot honestly recommend them as I did not have a good experience. Deadlines were pushed back multiple times, and they were not easy to get a hold of, also had a lot of issues with returning calls. I was not happy with the service.

We got our truck fixed here, it was some minor body work to the passenger side fender and a decent dent to the back door frame work. The whole thing only took a few days and my husband was very glad to have his baby back?Service: Body & Trim

If I could leave a negative star I wound. Brittany at this location is incompetent, rude and classless. They had my car for 6 months following a collision. The day I picked up my car, I noticed they had somehow cut the material on my sunroof cover. Brought it back. Later that same week, all 6 of my cars engine failure lights came on, along with the other dashboard lights. Brought it back. Brittany said it just needed the oil changed. My car was 3 weeks old at the time of the collision, and how they didn’t know to changed in the 6 months they had it is a mystery. Picked it back up, same recurring problem. Now the car dealership has it. The problem is that THEY DID NOT INSTALL O-RINGS AT ALL when they removed the gaskets while “fixing” my car, so it’s leaking oil and air, causing this problem. Called up Brittany again. She not only refused to take responsibility for her obvious incompetence, but she proceeded to speak/yell to me in the most disrespectful, rude, tasteless and offensive manner anyone has ever spoken to me before. How this woman has a job in customer service, or even a job period, is amazing to me.Now that this Business is being sold to Gerber, so hopefully they will remove this person from their company so that no one else will ever have to endure the abuse, the incompetence, and the utter classless customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Do not use this company until they revive and revamp their staff and competence in auto repair. You will only lose valuable time, money and peace of mind when dealing with Brittany or this business as long as they allow her to work there.In a world full of Karen's this wouldn't have gone on this long, and a "Karen" definitely wouldn't put up with the amount of incompetence Brittany has put me through. But in the end, she was found at fault and the company did pay for the damages and to repair the parts that they "forgot" to install on my car (even though that actually is their ONE JOB- to fix and install your car after a collision- especially after they were PAID for the job by the INSURANCE COMPANY who covered the collision). Taking money and not doing the work is fraud in my book, and probably to all of the "Karen's" in the world too!
