If your doing that DIY task and get in over your head, Car Care will bail you out. Lots of shops won't. If you think you might break something, FREEZE STOP and put down your tools and call Car Care before you break something to prevent an even higher repair bill. Don't be embarrassed to tell them how you goofed. It costs money to make them figure it out.

Got us in on the spur of the moment. Communication was decent but limited by busyness. Went the extra mile to get parts in a timely way and wait for us to confirm repairs needed.
More problems and codes surfaced after there, so may not have found the problem.

2nd time, I've taken my 20 year old truck here. I've done extensive research on repair shops in the area prior to taking it here because I am not from this areaMy research was spot on. Amazing and professional staff. The owner cares about his employees, and it shows. They enjoy working here, and that makes all the difference.My truck has immense sentimental value to me, and I won't let just anyone touch it. They could have easily charged me for parts and labor I didn't need. I came into the shop the first time, insisting that my whole power steering unit was compromised. 45 min later, they called to inform me I was mistaken, and it was just a hose. Saved me a lot of time and money.I wish I could have this shop where I live in Florida. Great job, gentlemen.

Terrible service and very rude didn't want my service at all and I had a warranty and I made a appointment and they had it since 8am and then called me told me at 4pm that wifi went out when my car was the first one there when I dropped it off and then tried to reschedule then they was not trying to cooperate or anything I will not be going there for service again

This will be my first time using this mechanic. I have to have a head replacement, and am hoping to get my car back this week. Will wait and see how my car runs before giving my final review. >>>Got my car back todayIt runs great and the bill was less than quoted. It's nice to finally have a garage I can trust. My mechanic was Mike and he did a superb job. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Cuddos guys!
