Useless. Made an appointment to do my taxes and the man had no idea how to file a FEMA disaster tax credit, said he'd never heard of it and I was the first person to ask about it. I had to call my friend who did his own taxes on TurboTax and have him explain it to the trained professional who STILL had no idea how to do it, even though TurboTax posted directions on how to file for it. I was told I'd be better off filing through TurboTax.....extremely unprofessional.

My family and I moved from Colorado to Lawton about a year ago. One of the first things we needed to accomplish was to find a Tax/Accountant that we would be comfortable with. The requirements we had was that the person be exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate about their profession, confidential, takes the time to "listen" to their customers needs, reliability and being available to answer follow up questions. Basically everything we strive for in our own business model. Seems like a lot to ask for? We found that and more with David at Brians Tax Service. Everyone we met in their office treated us with the utmost respect and really made us comfortable with our decision to gain their services. I would recommend to everyone Brians Tax Service.
