I used to really like Big Lots. Today was not a good experience. Right as you walk in the front door. There is a display of Holloween Parafenalia. A large large Wharwolf that growls at you as you walk in the front door. You can't miss it!! The eyes on that thing light up... Red.Oh, wait... It gets worse. There is Outdoor Mats that are printed as a Ouija board!!People don't realize what a ouija board is... what it is used for nor what it can conjure up. The doors it opens to... curses, dark entities, flat-out evil. It is very dangerous!!I'm not sure I'll be going in there anytime soon again!!

This particular Big Lots is the only one in this vicinity. It’s a big store. It’s always clean and the staff is pleasant. I enjoy shopping at Big Lots in general bc they different items than Walmart and Target.

BE CAREFUL THEY STILL YOUR CAED INFORMATION they STILL MONEY I got called form my bank the block my card 4 time them employee try to charged my card anyway but I didn’t complain for that my transaction not went true because bank people don’t let them to use it but, I do not recommended this store Michael he was very rude and disrespect to my mother, We spent more then $3500 to the store we have sofa set and clothes and more stuff , was had some Damaged we asked to replace to the same day but Michael he was lazy to do his work It was 8pm they close at 9pm He refused to replace that stuff and start a fight with us for no reason because he doesn’t wanna work he start to Yelding me and then he disrespect to my mother and he said that I was yelling him I was called him nicely hi Michael hi Michael we need to help in furniture department and he start fighting with us for no reason and then I called the manager she came and he was being so rude front of the manager he was rude to my mom he was disrespect my mother and manager does not say anything about she was just a look at him and just don’t say anything and I told the manager he was treat your customers like that and you just looked him doesn’t say anything work somewhere to I never disrespect the people and I never rude with the people specially when I’m customer but the manager since you like I was just listening you doesn’t say anything Was manager response us that I DID NOT RAISE HIM never recommend it to anyone.

I used to go here when I 2as a kid with my grandma well in California. It's still the same. I got my living couches here it been about two years, and I sleep on them every now and then great place to shop

I haven't been in years. Now like a sort of department store or dollar general / family tree I'm happy with the layout the higher shelves more products and more suitable. Think I'm keeping to improve and I'll see you more often. Thanks for your hard work..

The employees are grumpy.Some items don't even have price tags.Don't stock kids sizes higher than 7/8 ?Went to do Christmas shopping got home and pulled the tags off to wrap the items and found out that they raised the pricesThe bottom tag said 10$ with 2 extra tags on topOne tag said 12$ and the top tag said $12.99And then another item said 25$ but the tag on top said 28$Not huge price jumps but shouldn't you atleast take the bottom tag off before putting your items higher for Christmas time.Also my items didnt ring up as buy one get one half off. Learned my lesson
