Went into today to get key fob cut and programmed after waiting 2 weeks for them to receive it. Waited in line, my turn finally Felicia gets fob and ticket then a man walks in needing phone blown out as it's not charging she takes care of him, blowing out his charger port several times before telling him it still has stuff in there. Another customer walks in to order a key fob she waits on her,still hasn't done anything with my fob or anything. Finally lady has to go find out if price is ok. Felicia finally opens bag to take new key out and over to be cut. Another guy comes in to exchange batteries. This goes on for over 45 minutes with little attention being given to either me or my key everyone who comes in after me is swiftly greeted and waited on. I was not greeted entering the store and was even told I could leave and return tomorrow. I stated I didn't live in town. She messed with my key for awhile stated the guy who adjusted the machine wasn't available tried 2x to start my vehicle blamed fob finally refunded my money I spent over 1 1/2 hours in this store to walk out with nothing to show for it. Waste of my time

Felicia was very knowledgeable and hooked up my son’s phone , fixed it fast and made us very happy! Chris was very polite and positive as well!

If you want your cell phones fixed right and quick, drop in at Batteries Plus at 1322 N Sheridan Rd Lawton Oklahoma. The charger port on my phone was extremely loose, and needed a new port. Mind you, I took this phone to an OKC cell phone repair store. Not only they kept my phone for two months, they claimed they couldn't fix my phone nor find the parts to fix it! I didn't even get a refund from that place! Batteries Plus found my part and fixed my phone in two days! My phone works fine! If you are in this area, and need any cell phone fixed, or just need batteries for anything from flashlights to automobiles, get down to Batteries Plus today!!!

The manager Enoch Kaulaity berated me infront of customers because he sold me a bad battery. He refused to speak to me without yellingand continued to walk off and talk under his breath there was no professionalism at all. I will nobe visiting this store again.

The smell of the store was horrible. Butt smell?Not to mention our car battery was not replaced but charged us. ? We had to go back and have him fix it because our car was telling us it wasn't fixed. Smh.Please make sure you see them change your battery. ?You didn't pull the wool over our eyes Mr. ????

The store manager Enoch and Andrew were EXTREMELY knowledgeable and Helpful in finding us the best battery for my mothers scooter. My mom is currently undergoing chemotherapy and having difficulty walking, thanks to the kindness both gentleman showed us, my mother will be mobile really soon!!!
