It’s more of an employee hang out and gossip chatter. Went into pick something up. Couldn’t get to anything on the right in male scent area. Due to the employees leaning on shelves and gossiping. So I grabbed some other stuff to check out but no cashier bc they all flocked to gossip.

It was very busy there with all the holiday shopping going. However the staff were very friendly and helpful. All of my questions were answered and I felt like a valued customer. I would recommend this place.

I am completely done with Bath & Body Works. You cannot use your rewards on sale items. I accidentally brought 2 lotions on sale instead of a lotion and a showergel. When I realized this mistake the sale was over. I could not do an even exchange. They wanted me to pay the full price of $17.95. It is always a hassle when I am there. They don't believe in customer service. I know that now so don't worry about me shopping there again!

Oh my gosh, what can I say. So many wonderful smells and great products. The hardest part is having to choose. Great deals too. I got a free body cream (full size) just for having the app and getting points. Been using their products for over 20 years.
