Just went there to get a blub for my car, that they gave me the wrong bulb for it, because they didn't have the right size and model for it, that they sent me to the other autozone next to Walmart, and they managed to help me to get the right bulb for it to fix it good as new.
I didn't get my refund for the wrong bulb that they gave me especially they threw away the box.
Those employees, especially the young ones, really did not help me at all, especially, they weren't trained about every information for every car & their companies that needs the right light bulb sizes & models.
I'm just terribly extremely disappointed with the service.
Autozone these issues over there immediately. 🤦♂️
Should have got a refund.

Always a good time visiting here for parts, only down fall is customers are always lined up and most of the time there’s more employees in back then out front helping. Other than that they had what I needed.

Felt as If the staff was very demeaning, told me the number I needed, pointed and left it at that. I heard her mumbling under her breath and left me feeling very uncomfortable.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a part from them bc I was completely stranded broke down. They told me come in at 9 for your part. I was there at 905 after walking several miles across town for the part I need. I get there and the 40 year old guy with black hair was very rude and offered no apology for wasting my time. In fact he said he knew someone did that as it's a common problem. If it was known then why didn't you call the phone number I reluctantly provided you with? I wouldn't shop here even if it was a last resort.

Went in to get my check engine light looked at to get the code. They hooked up the device and got the code. After seeing the code they recommended an additive and told me to put in and drive until the light went out. Changed my air filter and put the additive in. Drove it for several days and the light went out as they said it would. Runs like a Champ!! Thanks Guys!!
