Jonathan the manager dude outside when the sales guy needed a password of some sort anyway took me 25min to get me out of there. Needs better managers if he was what to look forward too. Real jerk!! No people skills and rude!!

Way over priced compared to eBay. Bought 8 spark plugs with 8 coil packs for 65$ on eBay. Zone wanted 65$ for each coil pack and 17$ for each plug. And I got a 2 year warranty from the seller.

They had what I needed to correct the problem on my Cherokee. The counter man knew exactly where the part was. it was about what I thought it was going to be price wise.

I can find parts easily, and the staff is very helpful. The only bad thing, they don't count all the $20+ purchases for a free $20 gift card.

Good place to get the basic essentials for your car. They have car cleaning accessories and car accessories, and you can even get parts if needed. The tesm is always friendly and very knowledgeable. I normally come here over the other auto part places. Customer service is very important to me, and I have never had an issue coming here.
