This is to say thank you. This morning, I received a phone call from Kevin the Lawton Store Manager who wanted to attend to my grievance i wrote to your office about. I went by the store to speak with Kevin. He was a breath of fresh air comparing to the other day. He quickly rectified the situation I was not happy about and was out of there in no time.
Kevin is a very amiable young man who displayed an impressionable demeanor of someone who was willing to help a customer with no reservation. I appreciate his friendly attitudee and service. Kevin is a very good man who demonstrated being in charge of his store. I truly believe Kevin is an asset to the lawton store, Atwoods Ranch & Home Goods and whatever other entity that might have a stake in Atwoods.

We were looking for a weed eater. A gentleman explained our options and demonstrated how to turn it on and off. He took his time to explain the fuel needed and why. He even explained the warranty. Definitely a place to go for expert advice. Thank you.

I love going here as well as my wife for certain items. She knows the different stores, what is cheaper here or there ? Always friendly and polite staff, normally in any store locations you go into

Atwoods-Chickasha, is one of my favorite Atwoods. Much better than Lawton. Although it's a few miles further away, It's worth the extra gas and time.

I went looking for a garden/mosquitoes hat. I ask what aisle or do you carry those one lady said no I don't think so and the other lady said look in the Garden with their to me. So neither one said let me check and see b4 asking. So that was correct on the hat.
So I'm purchasing peanuts and I handed her my money then she turned around and put my change on the counter and didn't say nothing not even thank you or have a good day. But I guess if I had caught a attitude Iwould have been out of line., when I say rude personal in Atwood. And you can't find not one person walking around asking do you need assistance.
The management team needs help training in customer service with their employees.
