I am a retiree of Fort Sill National Bank after 20 years in the Bookkeeping Department, so when I go to another banking facility, I have very high standards. I recently had to conduct business at the Gore location in Lawton, Ok... I was greeted by a smiling energetic teller who then placed me in the very capable hands of Alex... It was at that very moment I decided to open an account at this branch.. The whole staff had smiles on their faces and were very welcoming... I believe I chose wisely with this branch. ?

Allen and Alexis refused to give me money out of my personal checking account in the drive thru. I had to go inside to demand my money with Shannon the branch manager

You might want to put it out there online that you have temporary hours. your page says Your Drive Thru closes at 7pm. that is not true they close at 6pm. you really need to update your online information with that instead of sticking a paper in the window so that people can be more informed

I did really like this bank but fri I sent alot of money to the account and It not there still 2 days later and I'm freaking out cause it was money for a car I sold I wish the account would show pending deposits it would give peace of mind. That is why I like my other bank I can see my money. On the plus they have cute debit cards

Our college student has an account here and we wanted to send some money FAST because he needed it. After talking to this bank they do NOT have anything of this nature. NO apology, just nope we dont do that. Since we are hundreds of miles away from there we must have a flexible bank that offers this. When we signed up, this was something we discussed that would be necessary. NO one said we couldnt.
