I stay here regularly for work. I once gave this hotel a 5 star review and I'm here taking that back now. I was given a connecting room that wasn't with any of my crew members. I called the front desk to make sure nobody was staying in there as per contract, crew members are not supposed to stay in a connecting room that isn't with another crew member. Sarah at the front desk verified that it was occupied, and I then proceeded to ask for a different room. She said the hotel was sold out for the night. Though I was just in room 525 about 3 hours ago. She also mentioned she has never even seen the contract. And she mentioned she didn't know connecting rooms existed here. Details of management incompetency are loud at this location. Upsetting because it was always a nice stay. Until tonight. I'm still waiting for her to call me back by the way.

This is a cute casino! Tables and slots. Clean, inviting and good 90s music. Had senior dinner special. Bar upstairs in nice. $5 tables made the night last a while.

We stayed 2 nights. I wish a little more attention was made by house keeping. The bathroom floor had hairs stuck under the leg of the vanity and around the toilet. I'm not trying to be picky but it was not a couple hairs. The staff we came in contact with were awesome .We will stay again in June when we return to Lawton...

This casino is trash. A lot of the machines are inactive. The slots also seem to be pretty tight I have been several times and gave the machines a fair amount of money to come away with nothing. The actual casino could be cleaner. The hotel and other families are much nicer than the casino. I drive a pretty good ways for a pleasant experience and have never had one. ?

I always stay here on my trips back and forth between Tulsa and Texas. Wonderful rooms and service. Plus with the casino you always have a place to grab something to eat. Also it's nice they included a type C charging port on both sides of the bed. They even give you chocolate mints. The friendly staff and extra touches make this a great place to relax and destress.
