They buy gold and diamonds at the best prices in town, the ladies were super sweet and I got a fair deal on some scrap gold and diamonds, no funny business over there!!

I highly recommend Action Pawn. As soon as my mom and I entered the premises we were immediately greeted. Casey was very friendly and provided positive comments in regards to the items I came to sell. The atmosphere was much friendlier by all the employees at Action Pawn than another pawn shop in town. The prices for the items I brought in were appropriate.

In short, there is an older lady in the back who will steal from you if you pawn there. Don’t go there. Dishonest untrustworthy people. Bad reputation in town. Go anywhere but here.

Friendly staff, with layaway. However they neglect to tell you, that if you put an item in layaway. If for any reason you can't pick up the item in 90 days you lose all your invested cash.

I pawned a bow there, was going to be a few days late past the due date so I called. The woman I talked to was very nice and assured me it would not be a problem. When I went to pick it up on the agreed upon date, I was told another employee took it home as hers. Nothing I could do as it was a verbal agreement. Another item that I pawned and picked up had parts missing from it. I’ll never go there again.

The older lady tried to make me look and feel stupid because they count everyday in the months nit what your ticket says. She pulled a calender and asked me if i know my months. I said of course i do. And then they say i made threats. The only threat i made was that i will be reporting their business. Due to the fact of my ticket saying one thing and them doing another. And the fact that the lady was really rude and just had an awful attitude. I was rude on the phone because it took me by surprise but i also went in the shop and i apolagized for that. Im not happy with this business.
