  The only reason I'm leaving one star is because I can't leave anything lower. This is by far the worst banking experience I've ever had.

  Rcb is a professionally ran bank with all the services you expect. So much better than the former bank.

  Since RCB took over i have called and been transferred here at least a dozen times. nobody has ever answered or called back . Switching banks asap.
