Templeton Post office is the BEST. Everyone is so helpful and accommodating. It's clean. You can ask any questions without feeling like a burden. The only post office I will go to.

I want to commend Katelyn Cantrell at the Lamont Oklahoma PO. I have filed a missing item inquiry for an item that was stuck in the Raleigh NC processing center for two weeks. She responded to me and kept me updated every few days as she tried to reach someone in Raleigh to locate my missing item. it was mailed from Greenville NC on March 23, 2021 and is finally being delivered today on April 9, 2021. I love that there's hardly any lines and the post office is always clean . However, there's one older lady who works there that's always rude whenever me or my husband come in. We're Asian if that matters. And I'd like to believe we're always polite whenever we go for their services. So hopefully she's just having a perpetually bad day and this not being a race thing.

I've been to the Templeton post office dozens of times and the staff in there are fantastic. They are always friendly, the lines are often short and the experience is quick and painless. If you consider any other post office or something like the DMV, there is no comparison. And if you consider the volume of mail and packages that the USPS handles daily, it's downright miraculous so few errors are made. Great people here locally.

My held mail from my box disappeared and no one could tell me anything about it. What I found out that the staff took it upon themselves and decided my box was too full and send it all back but did not tell me. I called to inquire and they said I need to pick up every week, which does not say in any of the terms and conditions. What kind of staff does this?

I've ordered from the same company many times. Every single time the post office has left it on my doorstep. This time they decide not to and leave it at the post office which is closed over the weekend. I'm glad they get to decide when my packages are and aren't important.

If you're a fan of being treated like cattle, go to the Paso or Atown post office. If you prefer to have the most pleasant post office experience ever, go to Templeton!
