They have a menu to order food, but always complain about actually making the food, or say that they don’t have any made right now. What the point of having a menu if you can’t choose what you want on it.

They haven’t had large straws for going on three weeks. I’m not sure if it’s a management problem or corporate, cause they have multiple stores within 20mi of this one and they all have large straws.
