The staff is always friendly and polite, even when I have listened to people yell at them for circumstances beyond their control. I enjoy interacting with the staff, who are friendly and joke with you.

I’ve shop at this Casey’s 3-4 times a week, and I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! The service and management this last month has been beyond poor. (Leanne) is the definition of an incompetent manager. Best advice I could give is, bring Liz back and let this new one manager go! Store is slowly going downhill.

The store smells like sewage. Been that way since they opened. As soon as you walk through the door you smell it. Someone needs to look at the plumbing badly.

They are kinda slow at the counter but other than that, good hot food, friendly employees, and store is super easy to navigate

The store is usually clean and the items are stocked and the people are friendly, but ordering pizza has been an issue. A couple times my order has been wrong, but they’ve fixed it quickly and made it up to me through a discount. When the pizza is right, it’s amazing.Need to praise Kat, the pizza she made tonight was the best yet! The wings were amazing too!

We ordered 2 large and 2 medium size pizzas and they couldn't even listen to that order especially when the lady wasn't writing it down, and when we went to pay for it they charged us for 3 large, we ordered 2 mediums because it's a buy 1 large get a medium free, but when we are talking to them respectful as we can, the Manager (Elizabeth was her name) called the cops on us for talking about the problem, what kind of Manger would do that to call the cops on a customer, I come here all the time and never seen her, and if she treats people like that, I don't know how she became a Manger, Mangers show respect and try to help, but instead she calls the Cops

I bought a brisket sandwich that was so dried out I couldn’t eat it. It was dried into little slivers like splinters and about as hard as splinters. The bread was soft.

This store is new, and is always out of cups, or lids, or straws...or the fountain machine is down.Can never get a slice of pizza, they want me to order an entire pizza...
