Looking at Boat dock slips. They have new ones in good shape, older ones that need updated. Old pumps lifts. Needs a handyman to knock down spider webs and pressure washed.

The food is hit or miss but pretty good for the most part. The service is pretty atrocious...lack of knowledge of menu, super slow, unattentive and borderline rude.
The outdoor patio is amazing and the view is tremendous!

It's a little out of the way and hard to get to. They reduce the speed limit way too soon down to 25, when it should be 30 like most city streets. The area is beautiful and mixed with manufactured and stick built homes. Every one we have met are really nice.
