They are having problems getting the state return processed. Its been 3 wks and our return is still in limbo. Called and they had to notify H &Y Block in Kansas City. We are still waiting.

They made MAJOR mistakes that I had to "school" them on! I now have two amended returns that they won't help me get my money back from OTC. They suggested that I just "take the loss and go on." Are you kidding me?!?! I want my money back! This place is a JOKE!!i

I was actually taken care of at my appointment time. Didnt have to wait at all! My taxes were done in a very timely manner. Yet i didnt feel rushed at all. All my questions were answered. Staff was very nice & knowledgeable. Im a very picky person & i have NO complaints!!
