Posting after a good ol Oklahoma wind and hail storm, but I’m quite thankful for this electric company! We have lived in their service area for almost four years now, and we have lost power (completely) once I can remember! And it was restored quickly! Any other time “it goes out” it’s just a flash and comes right back, I even remember once they sent guys out to cut tree branches back from the lines. They are a really great company and while most of the state is out of power right now, especially here in logan county where the storm was pretty strong, we only lost power for about ten seconds. OG&E could never compete with yall!

We recently had a stressful day when a dump truck accidentally hit the power lines to our house pole resulting in snapping the power pole, transformer crashing to the ground, and live wires draped across the truck. The quick response from Cimarron Electric was literally a lifesaver. They proceeded to replace the pole and transformer and within hours we had our power back. The whole crew was very professional. I have been a member of Cimarron Electric for 38 years and have continuously been impressed with their service.

I have had Cimarron Electric since moving to the Crescent area in 2010 and should have left a review sooner. They are consistently professional, expedient, and above all, very patient and kind. They have worked with me on payment plans, they prune trees judiciously, and they respond immediately when there’s a power outage. I appreciate their excellent service and believe OG&E could learn from Cimarron Electric.

The CSR line is AWFUL. This company has been so terrible with their customer service, the way they’ve acted during this pandemic & their overall attitude this whole year that honestly the next time I move if I don’t have another option for an electric company I will literally NOT MOVE THERE. That’s how horrible they’ve been.Their linemen are amazing & are hardworking but it’s their CSR towards their customers that has me making sure I’ll never use this company ever again & I’ll let everyone I know not to use them.

Want to thank Cimarron and the service guy who came out quickly last night when a fuse on the transformer was blown. We were the only house without power and from the time I called to the power being fixed was less than 2 hours. At past 10pm, that was a quick response. Thanks Cimarron.
