Uncomparable customer service and kindness at its best. The bank in "little" Kansas is the true meaning of hometown banking. Everyone there is kind willing and so courteous. True professionals.

I switched to the Kansas bank because I felt heard. Wait. That doesn't sound right. All Arvest banks are personable and all Arvest employees look at you and always give great service. I just like this branch better. I have a choice of several Arvest branches to choose from. Here, they know my name and every time I've been inside, I have seen excellent service to everyone.

Horrible location.horrible service.Susan made phone calls from her personal number to my cell phone.She asked I sign documents which were three different pages and all three were printed on different days.they were dated a month prior to being sent.They were "new lease" agreement documents for my safety deposit box.along with a handwritten note to sign and return,I confronted Rachel Wood with these documents and informed her that I would no longer be doing business with them ever again.funny part is this was all done to suppossedly refund me one dollar because they accidentally charged me 29 instead of 28....i am laughing at these nincompoop small town criminals

Wanted a safety deposit box, Rachel lead me to believe I had to have an account with Arvest.This was not the case after finding out from a different branch.They had 3 tellers at the counter and made me wait to get helped.I am surprised this location even exists.

I have banked with Arvest for many many years now. This arvest is great now they replaced certain help. All tellers are friendly and management goes out of their way to help. Always clean and smells nice. Cant beat the fast help they have here

Nice bank with friendly service when I need it. But to be honest I don't go in much and make use of their online services and mobile app. Free popcorn on Fridays which is a nice treat for my kids.
