My son had an accident the beginning of August and filed a claim. On Sept. 8 he signed the forms for a payout since the car was totaled. They said he was missing a signed form and they have yet to send it to him. He even drove to the Jones office to sign them and they said they don’t have them there. They could email them…still no forms. Their customer service is horrible. In another week it will be three months and still no payout check! Don’t use this company!

Add my experience to so many others I have read. This is the absolute worst insurance company I have ever dealt with, by far....maybe even the worst company period! Apparently the policy I had through them was garbage, since it covered almost nothing on my roof, and it took them 3 months from the time I filed the claim to even tell me that, since whenever I called I was put on "terminal hold", and when I emailed they just simply never replied. They are terrible, and I look forward finishing this nightmare of a claim so I can cancel this policy and never deal with this company again. Oh, they will give you a cheaper policy than others, but it is just that, cheap, and it covers basically nothing! The only thing this company has been good at is taking my money, 5 stars on doing that!

Worst insurance experience of my life. Over two months from accident to claim to check. LONG wait lines on the phone to speak to people, only to be "transferred" to "claims" which I suspect is the next person in the office. I had to call multiple times week after week, to be finally paid. My car sat in the shop for weeks waiting on them. Terrible communication. If you are hit by someone who has this (probably low cost) insurance agency, I feel sorry for you. ***regarding your canned response below - you mean call so I can spend an hour on hold like I have already done so many times in the last 2 months. No thanks. You have my number, you call me. Better yet, fix your processes instead of trying fix broken customer relations. No other real insurance company takes 10 days just assign the case to an adjuster, then another 10 days for the adjuster to reach out to the claimant. The days for the claims department to get the results from the adjuster. Then weeks to approve the claim, then weeks to MAIL out paperwork to the claimant etc etc etc. all with zero initiated communication to the claimant.

I’m convinced they’re having their own employees leave 5 star reviews after each bad review they get because there’s no way someone has had a good experience with this company after reading other reviews that sound just like my experience.I got in an accident with someone insured with this company 4 months ago and just now got the check for the claim of my totaled car. And the check came after many phone calls from me, hours and hours of being on hold and transferred, and promises of returned calls that never came. Then when the check did arrive it was addressed to the wrong street address…so thanks, mail deliverer for doing your job above and beyond, unlike CCA. This company is quite the disappointment.Oh, and don’t even bother responding to let me know I can call you at any time to talk about my experience. What a joke.

I work at veterans affairs in Lawton Oklahoma I called this company at 2:00 this evening today was put on hold so I drove from my job which is five six miles to the next nearest Walmart went inside shop come out got gas at the same Walmart proceeded home for another two or three miles and they still never contacted me or picked up for waiting call for claims. Never received a answer or pick up from claims so I hung up in my driveway to unload the food that I got from Walmart. Now all of this is from hell damage in Lawton Oklahoma at my house in June pass it is October now and I'm still not been able month per month been able to get any distributing to get my house fixed or I've been told by agents that is going to be done the next month it's 5 months months counting. Call back after all of this today to speak to somebody in charge and still was put on hold never got a chance to talk to somebody and then when an agent did come they attempted to get somebody in charge and it was no way that I'll be able to talk into anybody so now I'm letting anybody know casualty ain't it. Let it be known I've been with Casey for over 10 years my renewal was in July and I'm still waiting on these people to fix my roof so y'all figure it out

Working with this company has been the worst experience ever.. it took over a month to get the estements for repairs and getting in touch with them was a lot of setting on hold. Then they low balled the payout of the claim so low that know I will have to go through the ñightmare prose's all over again.

They sent me $6,700 ,the estimate for the roof $10,800 only,but c.c of americaWant me to fix out side walls,paint them change the siding,cant even pay the roof company with those $6,700 explain to me how in the world im goin to fix all that you want me to?

I’m leaving 5 stars solely because Crystal Buford is an absolute angel. We had several shingles blown off our roof during the Fathers Day wind storm this year and so we called to file a claim. It took awhile for the adjuster to come out but we expected that, we knew they were going to be busy. But after he left we waited a little over a month to call an ask what was going on because we hadn’t heard anything. We were told they were two weeks behind due to the storm but that they were sending out a check. We were happy with that because we just wanted to get our roof fixed before winter. Well it we had serious rain storms today and our roof started leaking into our bedroom. So I panicked and called them to see if I could drive down a just pick up the check because we couldn’t wait any longer to fix the roof. Sweet Crystal said they don’t do that but instead she sent our check while she was on the phone with me by certified mail! She also made sure I had the tracking number AND the check number sent to my email before we hung up. She alone calmed down my panicked anxiety, I was completely at ease after talking to her. Her kindness and patience with me is appreciated and I hope she knows how wonderful she is. She’s the reason my weekend won’t be spent in misery.

It's been nearly 4 months since a tree has fallen on my house, I have repeatedly been ghosted by my adjuster and agents. The contractor I have ready for the job has even been ignored. Wveeytime I call ots a series of transfers that ends with them telling me they'll see what's going on and get back with me. As stated I filed the claim 4 months ago, and this has been all I've gotten from them.

A horrible company! It's been 2 months since our garage fire and now on top of that a hail damage claim, and CCA has not even sent acknowledge of claims for either one! I guess it's time for an attorney to get this resolved!!!UPDATE: Still a horrible insurance co. Now it's been 6 months since the fire claim on 5/9, they have made partial payment for the garage itself, but personal property from the fire has not been paid yet. It's been so long that now there is a second claim, from hail, wind damage to our dwelling on 6/15, and it has also yet to be paid or any acknowledge of the claim in writing. I will write a negative review on every single website I cross that mentions CCA Insurance Co. I plan on spreading the word of their failures and their breach of contract to as many websites as I can!

The adjuster did exceptional in responding to my demand to settle my clients case. However, the offer was lower than I thought in which to settle her claim. I am still working on and I hope to resolve the matter real soon for an agreeable amount.
