“I’m leaving 5 stars solely because Crystal Buford is an absolute angel. We had several shingles blown off our roof during the Fathers Day wind storm this year and so we called to file a claim. It took awhile for the adjuster to come out but we expected that, we knew they were going to be busy. But after he left we waited a little over a month to call an ask what was going on because we hadn’t heard anything. We were told they were two weeks behind due to the storm but that they were sending out a check. We were happy with that because we just wanted to get our roof fixed before winter. Well it we had serious rain storms today and our roof started leaking into our bedroom. So I panicked and called them to see if I could drive down a just pick up the check because we couldn’t wait any longer to fix the roof. Sweet Crystal said they don’t do that but instead she sent our check while she was on the phone with me by certified mail! She also made sure I had the tracking number AND the check number sent to my email before we hung up. She alone calmed down my panicked anxiety, I was completely at ease after talking to her. Her kindness and patience with me is appreciated and I hope she knows how wonderful she is. She’s the reason my weekend won’t be spent in misery.”
