Worse walmart, I am a disabled veteran. The past 2 months, my groceries I ordered never arrived. 3 separate orders but I get a text or email saying was a delay I was not home to receive it which was bull. Then today it says my order was delivered, I go outside and nothing there, they dropped it off at the wrong house. Call the store and again they blame it on a out sourced driver. So I call corporate and they give me a refund and reorder and I have to wait hours again. . Bad customer service.

I absolutely hate your self checkout. You want the customer to do your jobs but are ready to start chastising someone for a mistake while doing your job. Not everyone is a thief as you have been trained.

The register failed to print a receipt, so they kept my items and payment although I showed them my banking log. They wanted me to repay. Y'all owe me $18.39. i think that's called theft... I will start going elsewhere for my weekly shopping.

The market offers a good variety of grocery products and it's easier to shop without feeling overwhelmed as with their super store. They also have a pharmacy so you can get your prescription filled while you're shopping! As a personal convenience, we typically order online and do pickup up/delivery. On this particular day, I decided to pop inside. With the impending weather conditions, it brought quite a few shoppers. They were busy and although some food items were out of stock, it was understandable. I appreciate our neighborhood market for their consistency in friendliness, product selections, and convenient, online service!

I usually order my groceries online and I understand having substitutions but the last 2 or 3 times instead of substitutions I just haven't been getting some of my groceries. I can understand a couple people make mistakes but having this happen 2 or 3 times in a row? I'll shop somewhere else.
