I had to buy tires all 5 of mine were bad. They gave very good customer service

New tires and brakes added to my truck. I also had them troubleshoot a couple of items.
I’m highly conscientious of value of service for the dollars being spent. I am extremely happy with this shop and they will be servicing my vehicles from this point forward.
Every staff member I encountered was polite and took time to answer my questions.

My car was brought to this shop and I was told a transmission flush was done on it. when I left the shop ny car sounded funny and I tried to tell them that they told me it wasn't their problem. They did what they were supposed to do 2 days later, my car broke down and every bit of transmission fluid from my car was underneath it. I tried to call to get them to make good on what they needed to fix. They hung up in my face multiple times and refused to fix the problem. I had to take my car somewhere else if I could give this place a negative star review I would, but since the lowest I can do is one. That's what they're getting. And also besides that hanging up in my face numerous times not only is the front desk staff very rude but the mechanics are as well

I've always had great experiences with Trojan Tire. I've bought several sets of tires for my vehicle, and use them to do flat tire repair. I just used them today to repair the bead on my ATV tire, so they can truly do it all!

Good people!!! Took care of the car quickly and easily. The woman at the front desk is knowledgeable. She definitely takes care of the men ?Never a problem, and I've been there too many times!! Yet will always return because of the service they provide.

When I first moved here in 2013 I was referred to Trojan Tire by two separate people that don't know each other, and I'm glad I did. Since then they are my go to for oil changes, leveling kits, and other aftermarket work. They provide the best value for the cost. I have been asked on several different occasions who I trust to work on my vehicles. Without hesitation I tell people to go to Trojan Tire. I was asked today by a family that just moved in who I trust around here to work on my cars and I felt compelled to write this review.

Went in for a flat repair. Got fixed up right away. The receptionist at the desk was courteous, knowledgeable and did her work with a smile and appreciation of my business. Their prices are competitive.

I took my car there a few times. They are fast and friendly and did a good job. My one issue is, one of the items I took my car in for the mechanic said it sounds like the computer is bad (I did lots of testing and diagnostics myself) then took the car to test it and called me to say "the computer is bad, we can't fix it, you have to go to the dealer and you owe us $120". If they knew they could not fix it then why not send me to the dealer in the 1st place?
