Signed lease in June. Was promised that I’d have electricity in my unit within 30 days. Four months later I was told that they weren’t going to be able to provide electrical service to my unit. I have complained and was told that they’d get back to me. It’s December 1st and I still don’t have answers. Oh…and they raised my rent 11% after 4 months with no explanation other than, “in the contract it says that they can raise rent whenever they want”. Then I was told that they’d give me a 50% discount on this months rent because of the frustration….guess what….the full amount was taken out of my account today! I’m not surprised.

Facility and pricing seems standard. Very skeptical of their ability to maintain private personal information received from clients. My payment information was ‘lost’ during the recent transition of management…. Very disappointing…
