Update:
Erich, the owner, reached out to me and apologized for the misunderstanding. He agreed the sale price should have been honored and he helped educate his employees. This is how you run a good successful business. I appreciate the effort that was made to turn a wrong into a right. My business has been earned back!
I bought a bottle of Bombay Gin that had a sale sign clearly posted under it that it was on sale. I bought a couple other things as well. When I paid, I didn't think the total was correct so I asked for my receipt due to several people behind me. When I saw the gin did not ring up correctly I brought it to the cashier's attention, there were 2. We walked back to where the gin was and sure enough there was the sale sign. He told me the sale was over and would not honor the price. He said I should of said something when he was ringing me up. Integrity is everything in a business and the sale price should have been honored regardless if it was still going on or not.

Would give negative stars if possible. I guess making fun of a customer with a stutter and not pointing them in the right direction when asking for a specific bottle is an acceptable business practice. Just ridiculous customer service from the woman behind the counter.

It's my first visit to Out South Wine & Spirits. They're located in the same shopping center with other stores we patron so I decided to pop in! The store appeared well-stocked with a variety of wine & spirit brands, it's clean, moderately priced as with other liquor stores, and it's easy to get in/out! If I had any adverse thought, it's employees smoking outside a business door. I'm not a smoker and it's often a deterrent for me to go inside. For this primary reason, I give them 4 out of 5 stars..
