“I purchased a tub surround in Owasso last night. When I got it home I found it was cracked. Needless to say that was the only one they had. I contacted the Home Depot in downtown Tulsa, but they said they didn’t have one either. But, they had something that would work. On the way to return the Defective surround it blew out of the back of the truck. Never could find it. Went onto the Tulsa store to see what they had, but it didn’t work. I spoke with store manager Brenda, she found the same type of surround that I originally wanted. She went above and beyond and helping me and making sure that I was satisfied customer. I commend her for her diligence! Thank you Brenda!”
“My blower quit working, I just purchased it a few months back, but they couldn't find it and I had no receipt. I called a customer to inquire if they remembered when I got it, and they heard him, they knew I was speaking truth, so they handed me a new blower and said have a beautiful day, I cried.”

“I brought my dog here for the first time since moving back to Tulsa to get his shots. Make sure to get there about 30 minutes before 4pm on the day they do vaccinations to avoid a long line.The staff was amazing and were very friendly to my furry best friend. The pricing for shots can’t be beat. I got all of his shots and 6 months or heart worm prevention medication for under $160 out the door. You can’t beat that when all these vets are wanting $400 just to see your dog. I will definitely be coming back here for my dogs vaccinations I’m the future.”
“Always clean -with all that dirt!, Always friendly staff hanging around to help, and they always have really unique things you just can't really find out and about. I'm one of those people that still like to find stuff in person. Some of it's pricey, just a heads up but they also have rare plants that I can't find anywhere else. Willing to pay a little extra for a plant!”

“Can’t say enough good words about this place. They have a fun selection of plants and plant accessories, fair prices, and a friendly vibe.Even though we arrived very close to closing time, the ladies we met at Cohlmia’s were friendly and eager to answer our plant questions and offer advice.Plenty of pothos, dracaena, sansevieria, bromeliads, large cacti and euphorbia specimens, as well as many other trendy houseplants. Cohlmia’s is a wonderland of greenery and garden decor.This was my first time shopping at Cohlmia’s, but I already know that I’ll be back. Highly recommended.”

“I drove 45 miles to purchase sod for my daughters grave site. She passed away suddenly 4 weeks ago. I was told to try Easton Farms. The woman at the counter said they give sod for free for grave sites. I did not know what to say. I am very emotional right now. The lady behind the counter asked if she could give me a hug. This meant so much too me. I was crying so much. Finally, someone who actually cares about people. I drove to he location for the gentleman to load it into my car. He put down a large plastic covering so my car wouldn't get too dirty. He too say I was emotional and gave me a hug. He told me to try and have a Happy Mother's Day even though I just lost my daughter.Easton Farms has amazing employees working there. Thank you so much for your kind words and wonderful gift.”
“Love the self-serve dog wash! It's super easy to use: use a credit/debit card - $10/10 minutes. You can even choose to disinfect the tub before your dog climbs in! My "pony" is very large, and it was absolutely worth TWO rounds (20 minutes/$20) to not have to bend over and deal with the mess at home of dog hair and wet towels!With the initial "Soap" setting, water is between 95-99° coming out of the hose nozzle in "fan" pattern, with shampoo already in it! It saturates the coat really quickly and comfortably. The second setting is "Rinse." Additional options include conditioner, de-flea, and then a low or high blow-dry option of warm air from a vacuum hose mounted within the bathing area.As you can see from the photos, there is a very large digital display behind the bath that shows the amount of time remaining. Clean towels are also provided to finish up a bit of drying of your pup.Perhaps the best thing of all is the location of the bathing area: it's located in the "gift items" room, which is out of sight and away from distractions, which really helps keep the bathing beauty calm. There is a "bar mat" on the floor so the human doesn't slip, and the base of the tub is coated with a nice, thick, non-slip coating for the comfort and safety of your pet.”
“Now that I've got a lil more time I'll leave review.. everything about southern agriculture is on point, the best price in store and online, the best people in store and around, the employee male had glasses wavy to curly hair brownish blonde hair has helped me each time I've came in and is absolutely great. I've taken at least days of searching and SA has the best prices(not even Amazon could beat em). I've got baby chicks, turtles, a squirrel, 2 cats one feral I rescued, southern agriculture is THE ONLY place you can honestly get all animal food and friendly service with amazing prices”

“I have two comments, one good, one bad. The cashier was very helpful so that I would not have to fight with the pipes I was carrying and wrapped them up for me. Very nice. However, the last two times I have been in there I have watched younger employees go into the family bathroom. We all know what they are doing and also they are preventing people that need from being able to. Whether it be a mother with multiple kids, babies or disabled people that need help in the bathroom. I believe that employees should use the regular bathroom like everyone else. If I am wrong please post your rationale. Thanks. I do love Home Depot though. Thanks.”
“The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have had since the 70s. TIM is a very professional service ambassador. When another Home Depot manager refused to help me with a defaulty hot water heater Rheem had authorized a Home Depot store to replace, I went to this store on Delaware where I have bought flowers in their garden section many times. I also bought all the paint for my house here. It’s not the closest to where I live, but it will be the ONLY one I EVER go to from now on. When I went in the store & ask for a manager so I could explain my water heater issue, it was not a problem and Tim came right up. I explained what had happened and Rheem said if you have any questions since I can’t bring the water heater in. I called the number for him, they explained the process & sent him an email with instructions. Tim was so sympathetic with the damages I was dealing with at home and was happy to get going on getting me a new water heater so I could have hot water again. I pray Tim is well taken care of at Home Depot as finding customer service ANYWHERE now a days is IMPOSSIBLE. Thank you Tim & God Bless You for helping customers in need. We all need people like you when we have a bad experience.”
