I was there this morning and the cashier must really hate their job or not happy with the pay. I don't expect them to be happy, but I do expect some level of courtesy if no eye contact is made. I won't visit in the morning. I will drive to the Quik trip instead.

Card got stuck at the pump. Wrenched it out and then took out the nozzle, which started leaking gas everywhere. Started fueling and it stopped after a few seconds. Tried again and it stopped. Manually held the handle and heard it making a weird airy noise. Didn't felt like exploding my engine so I took my $15 of what I hope was unleaded gas that had already been pumped and decided to use Quiktrip from now on.

I have been going to this kum n go for over 10 years. The past couple of years the same 4 people have worked here and I have never had a problem until last night. Every time I go in, I either buy gas or alcohol. I always show my ID before the cashiers can ask. I respect them doing their job. Jon asked me “are you okay?” And I said “I’m great, how are you?” Then he proceeds to ask me if I am on something. This was very uncalled for. I was not stumbling, slurring my words or acting impaired in any kind of way. I feel very discriminated, assaulted and harassed. I am very upset Jon treated me this way last night. Also, every other time I go in, I am the one to say hello how are you doing. He has never greeted me in a kind way or has said “thank you”, “have a good day”. I would appreciate if this never happened to me again. This is the closest store to my home and I go there daily.

I got stranded at work my phone died and my manager told me they couldn't help me I walked to the come and go and the lady behind the counter charged my phone so I could get home

Tried using a coupon in the app, wouldn't work, cashier was unwilling to do anything about it.

For the most part it was a good stop. The bathroom was clean enough, The shelves were stocked enough, most (but not all) gas pumps were working. There was nothing amazing but nothing upsetting either.

Visited Kum &Go store on 9/25 and had my debit card compromised on my $5.89 purchase. For $375 dubbed at preauthorizations that never fell off. Had to get my bank involved and Kum and Go's general reaction was faux sympathy. If I see a Kum & Go in the future - I'll keep on going and find a Mr. Shortstop.

I am been going to this store for 10 years...I have 5 vehicles that we fill up there. Disturbing thing happened to me this week.
