I wish my child’s school did not deal with this company. They lost my daughters pictures that were taken on November 3rd. Kept telling me they will be uploaded “next week”. Next week turned into a month and a half before they were uploaded. During the wait for them to be uploaded, they kept telling me that my daughter didn’t take her pictures and that I need to check with her again, as well as send them my personal pictures of my 13 year old daughter. They ignored several emails and lied several times, in between calling us liars and asking for personal information. All of a sudden, 3 days before Christmas, I checked the website to see they uploaded them. No call or email to let me know they found them. No apology for losing my child’s pictures and ruining what was to be a Christmas gift to her great grandmother. Since then, they have been constantly ignoring emails. They are a TERRIBLE business and if you have the option to stay away from them, I highly suggest it.

High prices, low quality products. There's a reason this company has such a low rating, trust the reviews. Paid over $300 for a hoodie, 2 shirts, a duffel bag and my grad cap and gown. Haven't received the grad cap and gown, however the duffel and other products did come in. Absolutely none of it is school colored, or remotely resembles anything from my school of graduation.

I have ordered a class ring for my daughter 2 1/2 months ago. I have never received a call from Jostens. I called and they said they gave the ring a representative. I have never received a call, text, or email in regards to the ring. I spent over $500 and no ring. I highly suggest DO NOT ORDER anything through Jostens as you will not receive it. They take your monies and never hear a word later. Terrible customer service.

Jostens is overpriced, low quality and has created a monopoly on school products that harms lower income students and families. Really gross example of how to conduct business with children.

I ordered products for my sons graduation in October. I realized my mother made an order also so I cancelled mine. I understand it takes times to process a refund but it has now been 8 months, I still don't have a refund and all I get when I call is "wait two more weeks". 8 months and still no refund, when it took you two seconds to take my money. Awful company

They haven't updated their address, I try to get to the store to only pay the cap and gown for my daughter because she is graduating this year, and online they want me to make me pay for a $120 (or more) package that I don't need, when the cap and gown is only like $54. Their phone number doesn't work so there is no way to communicate with them and it's really frustrating. I hope they can fix it soon.
