You can find a gym anywhere but the people who are at vertical, the way we push each other and support each other’s goals are unlike anywhere I’ve ever gone. I started at Vertical last October and have lost 15 lbs and have gotten a lot stronger. Not only have I made physical progress faster than I ever thought I would, but I’ve made great friends.
